Christine’s on Blackcomb 

Christine's on Blackcomb is situated at the top of the Blackcomb Gondola in the Rendezvous Lodge on Blackcomb Mountain at 1,869m. A mountain top restaurant offering full service upscale city dining in the mountains for everyone. The menu includes fresh locally sourced sustainable produce showcasing an array of Canadian contemporary dishes eaten either inside or on the sunny terrace whilst taking in the breathtaking panoramic views. For the ultimate treat order a wine flight for a sampling of new local and international wines.

Crystal Hut

A cosy log cabin on Crystal Ridge which makes such treats as all-day Belgian waffles, wood oven baked lunch specialties and delicious coffee perfect for a refuel. Waffles with strawberries and cream, a little on the expensive side but worth every bite, along with the spectacular views. The Crystal Hut Fondu Tours, by Snowcat or Snowmobile, offer the chef's local interpretation of a traditional candlelit fondue dinner, fine wine and a fresh wood fired oven baked fruit pie, this is a must do activity by Canadian Wilderness Adventures.

Horstman Hut 

Horstman Hut is an Austrian style hut that can be reached by the Horstman T-Bar or 7th Heaven Express to a height of 2,284m. They offer sunny day BBQ's on their ridge top patio overlooking splendid views. Inside and outside seating avaliable with speciality stews, meats and soup. Perfect also for a mid afternoon hot chocolate.

Araxi Restaurant & Oyster Bar

Araxi's executive chef, James Watt, was an early pioneer of farm-to-table dining which is reflected in the delicious meals served with the freshest ingredients possible. There's also a cocktail bar, an extensive wine list and a food menu serving an abundance of seafood. From 3pm to 5pm you can savour a platter of freshly shucked oysters in the oyster bar. The bar and dining room are situated in the main square of the village.

Rimrock Cafe

Rimrock cafe was established 1987 and is also known as “Whistler’s place for fish and game.” Their menu is constantly changing season to season. Scallops, lobster, duck, tuna, venison, lamb, beef, and salmon are some of the menu choices, along with the chef’s fresh fish selection. All washed down whilst sampling vintages from around the world.

Red Door Bistro Restaurant

Chef RD Stewart's French training, paired with West Coast flavours, influences the delicious menu at the red door bistro. Red Door's tagline “French at heart, West Coast soul” sums up what you can expect from their menu. West Coast bouillabaisse, wild boar chop, cassoulet and braised chuck flats among other favourites. A signature dessert is the peanut butter bombe made of Lindt dark chocolate, caramel mousse, peanut butter whip, and pretzel crust. Everything made with fresh sustainable local ingredients. Delicious and affordable. Bon Appetit!

Bearfoot Bistro

Bearfoot Bistro has a lot to offer visitors at Whistler. There’s the option to try champagne sabring, dine in the cellar or visit the Ketel One Ice Room. At -32° it’s the world’s coldest vodka tasting room and Canada’s only permanent sub-zero vodka room. For dinner, guests can choose single dishes, a three-course menu or the chef’s five-course tasting menu. Highlights include Atlantic lobster gratin, sunshine coast sturgeon and Alberta rangeland elk tenderloin

Alta Bistro

If you want to eat from a menu that is constantly evolving then Alto Bistro is the place to eat. It boasts that no two visits are the same. Using only suitable and ethically sourced local produce their signature dishes include elk tartare and foie gras parfait, Alberta bison flat iron and Alta's deli board of locally cured meats and British Columbian cheese. They also boast that it's impossible not to try a sip of something from the award winning wine list.

Sidecut

Sidecut is a modern steakhouse with a cozy setting and named after the curvature on a ski or snowboard. Enjoy the breakfast buffet at the start of the skiing day and then relax by the fireplace after a day on the slopes. Tuck into Sidecut's steaks with their signature rubs and sauces. The menu also includes a variety of fish and fowl and sharing platter for 2.
