Shipping

+  Shipping costs are fixed at £3.95 for any purchases under £50 to Mainland UK.

+   Purchases over £50 are FREE for shipping to Mainland UK.

+   If you would like to have your purchase shipped to outside Mainland UK please get in contact with us for a quote at hello@flashtag.me.

+   Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of an order.

+   Our warehouse operates from Monday - Friday during standard business hours. In general, domestic UK shipments are in transit for 2 - 5 days.

Returns

FLASHTAG.me will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received to us within 14 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in its original packaging and tags attached, unused and in re-sellable condition within 28 days of receipt of the item.

Return shipping is paid at your expense and you'll be required to arrange shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. We'll notify you once this has been completed by email.

FLASHTAG.me will refund the value of the goods returned including our standard delivery charge but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid by you to return the item.
