Aspen, at 2,438m, is set in the rocky mountain state of Colorado in the USA. Fabulous shops, restaurants and bars are enjoyed by many famous celebrities. If you enjoy the apres ski then you wont be disappointed. The 4 main areas are: Ajax, Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk and Snowmass. Ajax is the site of the silver mining town of Aspen and set at the foot of the Aspen mountain itself. There’s lots of challenging terrain here for the adventurous and the Aspen Highlands has the most difficult terrain of all.
